check out my peacock cake!!!!!
yes, i managed to rush this order in 3 hours. and my fingers felt like breaking after frilling all those fondant peacock feathers .
no idea why but i've been really moody this few days. especially towards my boyfriend :/.
anyway. here's my cake and how i did it.
frilling the feathers was the hardest part of the whole cake. PROUD TO SAY, I HATE DOING IT.
it hurts my fingers .
oh . so this customer wanted light blue ribbons around the tiers but WE RAN OUT OF BLUE RIBBONS , so i actually had to roll out strips of fondant and cut it out. *waste time *


my peacock wasn't that good. molding figuring issn't my strongest point.... i had a hard time trying to get the wings to look alike hahaaa
overall. i'm happy with it.
duration *omit baking*: 3hrs
cake flavor : chocolate banana 12" first tier
chocolate crunchy 10" second tier
chocolate lover 8" third tier.
weight : i think about 10 kg? i couldnt even lift it or turn it around the table LOL.
price: $880 or more.
